These Terms of Use apply to the use of the Property Portal application and all of its components as accessed via www.strataeus.com. Corporate Strataeus Information Systems Inc. (“Strataeus”) developed, manages, and markets the Condo Property Portal to which clients subscribe. Property Portal The Condo Property Portal (“Portal”) is an internet-based service providing site hosting, data storage, data access, and communication facilities via a suite of proprietary web-based tools and methods, for the use of multi-unit residential and commercial properties. Clients “Clients” are the individual Condominium Corporations that have subscribed to the Portal on behalf of their owners. Users “Users” of the Portal are the individual unit owners, managers or agents hired on behalf of the client to transact their business as it pertains to the Portal. Administrators “Administrators” are users that are assigned privileged access rights by the client and can be Board members or managers, hired on behalf of the client, to transact their business as it pertains to the Portal. Privacy & Access Privacy Policy Strataeus Information Systems adheres to the following privacy policy regarding its storage and use of personal and non-personal information collected through its portal. Strataeus reserves the right to modify its privacy policy at any time. By using the Site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as set forth in the policy currently in effect. Any changes to this policy will be posted on our Site so please check back periodically to ensure you have the most current policy statement. Non-Personal Information Whenever you visit a web page on the internet, your web browser automatically identifies the IP address from where your page request was initiated. It also volunteers certain basic information like browser type, the operating system you are running, and in some cases the page from which you referred to the Site. Strataeus' server automatically collects this information and tracks it on a page by page and on a statistical basis. Individual Profile Management Users are able to modify their contact information by logging-on through the corporate website at www.strataeus.com and clicking the Manage My Profile link. Non-Disclosure of Personal Information Information remains confidential at all times and is not shared with third parties and remains the property of the individual client and user. Users of the Strataeus Property Portal are protected by secured sign-on access and encrypted password as well as SSL encryption for the transmission and retrieval of client specific documentation. Non-Disclosure of Building Information Building information remains confidential at all times and is not shared with third parties and remains the property of the individual client. Members of the Strataeus Property Portal are protected by secured sign-on access and encrypted password as well as SSL Encryption for the transmission and retrieval of client specific documentation. Login Access Usernames and Passwords are intended to be for the sole use of the individual owner and are not intended to be shared. Sublicensing is not permitted. The site contains password management functions should a user require or wish to change their password. Access Rights Access Rights are provided to users requiring entry or administering the Portal on behalf of the client. These rights are awarded based on role within the client organization or agency agreement entered into on behalf of the users. Strataeus validates the individual user administrators at the time the client portal is initially set-up, however, Strataeus cannot make guarantees or warranty’s based on their input and performance, nor can Strataeus be held liable for their actions leading to damages of any user or client. Sole Interest and Direction When employing the use of the Portal, all users and administrators are bound by the Terms of Use Agreement and are to act in the sole interest of the client and under the direction of any agreement written or implied, in representing the client. Strataeus cannot be held liable for any action resulting in damages to an individual user or client. External Links The portal contains links to third party sites. Theses sites are pre-screened and validated to confirm that they are offering approved information and services. As Strataeus does not control those websites, we encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third party sites.
