Server
The servers containing the building’s information use the latest SSL security and encryption technology. SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private and integral. SSL is an industry standard and is the same technology used by tier one banks and government agencies.
Note: Some firewalls may have to be modified to support secure-SSL transmissions. If you experience problems when trying to connect using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), please contact your web-browser administrator to confirm your set-up.
The Site also uses the DigiCert digital identification service which allows your browser to properly confirm the server you are transacting with is Strataeus' server.
The server is further protected by an advance firewall which protects it from external intrusion.
