What is the Strataeus Property Portal?
The Strataeus Property Portal  is a secured on-line application that provides Condominium Corporations and their owners 24/7 access to their building's information and allows them to correspond by means of a proprietarty website, document management system, email module, and a suite of communication tools and reports.

How do I sign-up?
Signing-up is simple. Once your building has joined the Strataeus Property Portal, you will receive an email from your Board via the Condo's email address (i.e.: buildingname@strataeus.com) indicating your Username and Temporary Password. The email will include a link to the Registration page. Click on the link, change your password, and you are logged in.

How much does membership cost?
Membership to the Property Portal is $75/month per Condominium Corporation (payable annually) and is inclusive of all services. The cost for most buildings is off-set by the reduced printing and mailing charges of their Minutes, Financials, Notices, and other communications.

What services do I receive as a member?
Membership provides owners with 24/7 on-line access to their building's secured website, email module, document management system, building reports & summary information, surveys, bulletin board, industry and trade links, as well as unlimited on-line support and access to all future upgrades and enhancements.

How secure is my information?
All data and documents are stored on a server in a professionally managed facility. The facility is protected by physical target-hardening and security, as well as firewall (software) intrusion protection. The facility is used by Tier 1 Canadian chartered banks, The Government of Canada, and large Canadian Corporations.

The servers containing the building's information use the latest SSL security and encryption technology. SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private and integral. SSL is an industry standard and is the same technology used by chartered banks and government agencies.

Access is further protected by uniquely validated user identification that includes a Username and encrypted Password.

Who administers my information?
Building and individual owner accounts can be administered by an authorized Council Administrator, Property Management Administrator, Operations Manager, Concierge, or assigned Agent.

How do I contact my account administrator?
You may contact your administrator by sending an email directly to the Board via the building's email address (i.e.: buildingname@strataeus.com) available through the Portal, or by contacting your property management contact as indicated on the front-end of your building's website.

I've lost or forgotten my password!
Go to the Strataeus website at www.strataeus.com and click on the "I've Forgotten my Password!" link and follow the prompts.

How do I change my password?
Go to the Strataeus website at www.strataeus.com and click on the "Manage my Profile" link. Enter your Username and Password, enter your new information in the Password Change area, and click "Submit".

What happens if our building changes management companies?
Your building is simply re-assigned to your new management company on the database. This can be initiated through your administrator who can contact us at support@strataeus.com. There is no change to your login or account information and all of your building's data and information remains intact.
