This site is the entry-point to the Strataeus Property Portal  serving multi-unit residential and mixed-use housing across Canada and around the globe.

The Property Portal  provides Strata and Condo Corporations with a website where Council Members and Owners are able to consolidate their building's business and communication requirements within a secure, private, and cost effective web-based application.

Via a suite of integrated on-line Strata Document Management and Communication tools, including proprietary email, the Property Portal  is uniquely able to assist Strata and Condominium Corporations gain a greater level of effectiveness, organization, and control of their business and activities.
